Curious about mindfulness and meditation? Wondering about the practical benefits of these Eastern-based disciplines? Frustrated with past mindfulness experiences?
In this one-hour workshop, certified instructor Elizabeth Cronin will answer many of your questions, address hindrances you may have faced in the past, and lead you in a brief guided practice. The program will take place in the “Island of Infinite Pleasantness,” a tranquil garden area on the museum grounds. Chairs will be provided.
Elizabeth’s most recent book is “Mindfulness Journal for Mental Health: Prompts and Practices to Improve Your Well-Being.” It is available on Amazon or you can purchase a copy at the museum.
